A Naval Academy Graduate and United States Marine, Joey is an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran who has worked in the project management industry for the last 13 years. Joey is an active community volunteer who also conducts character development training for today's youth.

Brian is a graduate of Scranton University and a United States Marine veteran. Brian has been in the construction industry for over 13 years in the Greater Philadelphia Region and leads Quatrefoil Consulting in our construction services, including CM Project Management support and Construction Management direct servies.
STEVEN KEMPA
Consultant, Project Leadership
Steven is a Marine Corps Aviator who has recently transitioned out of the Marine Corps and onto the Quatrefoil team. Steven brings the leadership tenants we capitalize on and is also actively completing his MBA. Located in San Diego, California, Steven brings a West Coast asset to our team. Steven is a Naval Academy Graduate and a UCSD MBA Candidate.
